This design was created as part of a competition Popai. The competition runs yearly and encourages all students to create an eye-catching display that will attract the shopper to make an impulse purchase for a product of my own choice. The design had to have a footprint no bigger than 1.5m x 1.5m. When researching the brand Original Source, I noticed that many people upload pictures to Instagram of their collection of bottles in their own bathroom to show the selection of bright colours. When designing the two displays, one freestanding and the other a shelf, they are both themed around customers bathrooms. The scratch and sniff interactive element allows customers to sample each flavour before buying, with the tag line being ‘What flavour are you in the morning?’. The bright bottles are categorised and used as part of the display.
